Re: Someone help me
I think i can understand what you're experiencing. I have had a lot go on in my life.. and things have been getting supposedly 'better' or more settled on the surface of things... or from how people view it all from outside. but i feel like there is so much missing from my life, so much that is unattainable for me and the life i have is not one that i would have envisaged for myself at the age i am now... so not to make this about me, just how i can kind of relate...
Im ok at 'faking it' i guess, and try to tell myself that even though it feels fake, i'm 'doing' it and so its actually not 'fake'. lol how my mind works in circles! I am ok at the things i do, but i never feel it's 'enough'... im kind of wondering if you might be a little bit similar in that you are 'doing' - despite feeling awful and struggling - but also like me - not able to give yourself much credit for it at the moment. Depression is awful and i can think back to times where have been having the worst thoughts that seemed absolutely and completely true! There was no way anyone could argue with what i felt and believed because I just KNEW it was true. and now looking back im not even quite sure where it came from... depression's voice is so strong... not sure if any of this is helpful or relateable to you, ignore if its unhelpful...

I hope it helps to be around the forum and to know that you're not alone with your feelings. Being on the forum probably won't fix your problems (though it would be awesome), but I've found it helps me to be able to share how I'm feeling with people who get it. It also helps me to have some company while I am going through hard times, and it's a great distraction sometimes too.

Re: Someone help me
Morning @Bubbles3
That is really great you managed to have a shower this morning and that is helping you feel a bit more fresh good start to the day.
All you can is take one thing at a time today, so take each hour as it comes.
I am sure the kids are excited to be spending the day with you on school holidays and a bit loud, what time will you head down to the library?
Lunar 🙂
