@outlander it seems like some of it is though.. or else i would be happier and seeing lasting change in my life..
i dont call any of those phonelines because they all say the same thing.. the local health team have my name on their database i swear.. whenever i ring up its like they dont take me seriously.. just because i go to uni doesnt mean i am going okay.. its a shitfight trying to find a job and save and do all this stuff... im just freaking out everyday and no one cares or wants to take me seriously..
Everywhere i have gone they just dont believe me idk.. tried to get group therapy and they lied to me about it not going ahead..
all im remembering now is bad shit... its all there is to remember..
im sick of this... i just wanna die

idk what to think of it..
i have to do tutoring beforehand -_-
not gonna go to the gym because i want to shower now.. need to do some reading for uni while the house is empty.. that is if i dont try to hurt myself..
