@MDT
that seems to be all very common with people with a mental illness. i can relate as im sure many others here can too.
those 'bad' therapists. dont worry about them, i know thats hard to do but try not to worry about them, they mightve been trained in mentla health but theres one very big difference. they study out of books, we live it. i like the therapists who have had mental illness because they truley get it and dont feel like your wasting your breath of others.
i think its awesome that you raised money for a charity- any charity.
can you maybe ask around at a few other book stores if they ahve any positions vacant? check out a few of their websites and see if maybe you could email them and just. cant hurt really... but thats up to you. sometimes they dont advertise but if a good resume comes in they have a think about it.
and you can cry, do it for yourself. i know its hard not having others come to your aid. i know alot of people here also feel the same way too and are in something simialr. i havent got those supports either.
id get told to grow up if i cried so i get it.
nstead of talking to friends about it, what about talking to a helpline? and setting up a cweekly conversation. headspace adn KHL does this.. something to think about anyway..
and your not bringing anyone else down here, we are here because we want to be here ![]()

Some nice positives there @MDT. Your time will come. You have to love yourself first before you can have a fulfilling relationship. Work on that and the other stuff will flow.

I hope you are right @soul
Fundamental to loving myself more is to get some money.. to gain self respect..
So its all baby steps i guess..
Group therapy in 2 weeks might help me normalise a lot of this stuff.. idk
