Something’s not right

im not coping

i cant handle all of these things

besides my mental health deteriorating so dramatically, and my physicall health floating up the creek

and now within the past few hours

my great grandmother now is in a nursing home and they dont know how long she has left and to make thigns worse i think i have to put my beleoved horse down.

we just had vets out and spend the last 4 hours trying to save my horse. its been 2 hours and went back to check on her and its not looking good.

not good at all 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞

i dont know what to do or how to feel, im a complete mess 😞

He's snuggled me against for the last hour @outlander. He doesn't usually do this. He's still really vocal and annoying. I'm trying to be patient with him. Perhaps he's not meant to be on his own.

Things seem hard, unbearable but the only thing we can do is do what u just did. Reach out. Find small things in life to make you happy like plant a sunflower seed and check it every day and watch it grow or gardening or colouring anything. The main point is - just for today. Dont worry about tomorrow, just be ok for today. Dont worry about being fantastic and try not to be miserable. Just be ok. Just for today. Tomorrow will be a little easier 😞

Oh thanks haha. Yeah I made a post hopefully someone likeminded sees it. And it's ok. I have sever depression so I know how heavy things can be. I joined up just for some help and some tips really. I have borderline personality disorder. Tough sometimes 😞

It's hard to know what he's really like as there is a lot if his first few years I don't know about @outlander.

I have BPD myself as does @Sans911 and I know a few other members too. ill take a look at your thread and see if I can offer you some advice.
