not coping

It has been a saviour for me lately. It has helped keep my distracted and present a lot of the time.

Oh honey of course you are warn down and tired a lot of the time. You have so so so much on your shoulders. You need to go on a holiday hun.
perhaps you need to get a different helper to help with pop if the one you have isn't doing their job properly. It's their job they should be making things easier for you not harder love.
@outlander have you discussed this with your Mum and perhaps think about organising someone else to take over?
