not coping

im not coping

i cant handle all of these things

besides my mental health deteriorating so dramatically, and my physicall health floating up the creek

and now within the past few hours

my great grandmother now is in a nursing home and they dont know how long she has left and to make thigns worse i think i have to put my beleoved horse down.

we just had vets out and spend the last 4 hours trying to save my horse. its been 2 hours and went back to check on her and its not looking good.

not good at all 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞

i dont know what to do or how to feel, im a complete mess 😞

Only 3 including my neighbour who I reminded at 5pm! It's put a real dampener on an otherwise nice day. I don't know if I will schedule it again. There's a lot of other meditation, yoga sessions that might be influencing the lack of people. Idk. It's when things like this happen I just think why do I bother with anything. I know I'm overreacting to something that really is minor, but I feel gutted.

its disheartening @Sans911 esp when you reminded your neighbour earlier that it was on!
its totally understandable youd feel gutted now. its not your fault though. sometimes I can never understand people, how hard is it to either turn up or make contact to let you know they aren't able to make it.

Do you think its worth maybe joining in with some of the other sessions online atm rather then running your own? it might be less pressure on you, that way you can just show up?

is there something nice you can do tonight? try not to let totally ruin your night, some people are just rude

Am sitting here in my big over sized woolly dressing gown and wooly socks ..... will be hard to get out of them and into walking clothes:o

yeah I understand that @Snowie its frustrating definently.
im much the same. I finished and submitted the assignment and started working on the next module. im up to the next 2 assignments but im finding it abit to overwhelming to do atm. I don't really get why its overwhelming though considering ive studied it and am quite familiar with it all.

I had the mechanic out and he fixed the 3 parts I had for the car and discovered it needs another 3 parts plus the other 2 I still have to get 🤦‍♀️
2 of the parts are only about $20 each though and the next cheapest is 50 so those are the 3 im aiming for next, they aren't urgent though so I can get them next fortnight without breaking the bank to much.
