not coping

im not coping

i cant handle all of these things

besides my mental health deteriorating so dramatically, and my physicall health floating up the creek

and now within the past few hours

my great grandmother now is in a nursing home and they dont know how long she has left and to make thigns worse i think i have to put my beleoved horse down.

we just had vets out and spend the last 4 hours trying to save my horse. its been 2 hours and went back to check on her and its not looking good.

not good at all 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞

i dont know what to do or how to feel, im a complete mess 😞

Yea online is an option @outlander I have never done that before. I don't know how I feel about someone else packing my shopping though. I have an issue with the trust factor

If it helps i do all my groceries online and have them delivered or i do click and collect l unless i just need to run to the shop for milk bread etc) @Lee82

Yep @Lee82 sometimes by coles, sometimes by woolies each week usually. Ive been doing it since prob around feb when this mess Started. Sometimes if ive forgotten a few things ill do a click and collect but i rarely go in and do shopping anymore unless its just to grab one or 2 specific items which i can normally get from the corner shop/smaller produce store rather then a big shopping centre.

In some places woolies has a drive up collection area where you dont even go in the store itself. The one near me asks you to park in a little section near the loading dock and they will bring it out to you once you arrive.
