Something’s not right

im not coping

i cant handle all of these things

besides my mental health deteriorating so dramatically, and my physicall health floating up the creek

and now within the past few hours

my great grandmother now is in a nursing home and they dont know how long she has left and to make thigns worse i think i have to put my beleoved horse down.

we just had vets out and spend the last 4 hours trying to save my horse. its been 2 hours and went back to check on her and its not looking good.

not good at all 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞

i dont know what to do or how to feel, im a complete mess 😞

yeah im struggling with it @NatureLover i really hope wednesday hurries up!

im glad your had a good psych appt today too. oh yes im sure it was quite strange but i guess thats what has to be done for now until covid is under control again-hopefully soon would be good.

Washing never seems to end does it esp with kids! @Snowie i havent done washing for a few days but theres only me and pop here so not too much. Its suppose to be good weather on sat so thats prob when ill catch up on it.

Im watching tv now and basically have been all day @NatureLover except when i went to horses dropped kids home ans spent an hr on the exercise bike.

Have taken some pain releief hopefully thatll help. Ive only had an hrs sleep so im hoping to be in bed earlier tonight

I know! And kids think they have to get changed several times a day or if they are like my sister they have dirty clothes everywhere but you dont know how much till you go through their room and sift through it all 🤦‍♀️ @Snowie

Have just done two loads, that is enough for tonight @outlander

Watching Big Bang Theory for something different tonight. Dog is asleep on my lap, think I might be following her soon!

i spend at least half an hour a day on the bike @NatureLover i know i do alot of other exercise with the horses but sometimes it just feels like crap rather then actually spending some time focussing on exercise.
