Something’s not right

im not coping

i cant handle all of these things

besides my mental health deteriorating so dramatically, and my physicall health floating up the creek

and now within the past few hours

my great grandmother now is in a nursing home and they dont know how long she has left and to make thigns worse i think i have to put my beleoved horse down.

we just had vets out and spend the last 4 hours trying to save my horse. its been 2 hours and went back to check on her and its not looking good.

not good at all 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞

i dont know what to do or how to feel, im a complete mess 😞

people say i cant be everything @NatureLover but then they expect me to be.
im now responsible for everyone elses mental health, its my fault someone is struggling and have shut down abit because i didnt listen or have brushed off some things they said. My own mh isnt important, if theres anything wrong with me then i have to deal with it or im attention seeking.

yesterday besides being blamed for someone mh and not being caring and being selfish. i got yelled at because i said i hope they dont go into lockdown here because i dont want to have the kids all the time. they said why its not like you do anything anyway. what do you even do in the day.

OMG! 😮 I can't believe they said that to you. You are the most unselfish and caring person! And you already do way more than you should be doing for your health. And they are so dismissive of both your mental health and your physical health 😞 I am just so sorry to hear 😞 @outlander

I wish you could move out and get your own little place. Your Pop would have to get another carer, and your mum would have to face up to looking after her own children... I know money would be an issue, though 😞
