Something’s not right

im not coping

i cant handle all of these things

besides my mental health deteriorating so dramatically, and my physicall health floating up the creek

and now within the past few hours

my great grandmother now is in a nursing home and they dont know how long she has left and to make thigns worse i think i have to put my beleoved horse down.

we just had vets out and spend the last 4 hours trying to save my horse. its been 2 hours and went back to check on her and its not looking good.

not good at all 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞

i dont know what to do or how to feel, im a complete mess 😞

I’d be a lot better if I knew Snowie was ok but I get really triggered by things I read on these Forums.

That would be good @Eve7 we can only hope she will check in very soon. Am missing and worried about her too.

Its hard not to get triggerred sometimes esp when its someone we are close to hey

She’s possibly in hospital with no phone access which is the best scenario ICAN think of for her.

its hard not to get too involved here and I really hope she checks in soon.

We have to support each other and still look after ourselves.

Sorry @outlander I've been busy doing some sorting and tidying as well as messaging with a friend. She was telling me some thing about myself that bothered her. So I was a bit upset for a while but I'm coming around to accepting what she said and appreciating it for the awareness. She wasn't mean about it all, and we came to an agreement on how to deal with the problem.

Haha, I slept in this morning until just before my support worker arrived. So I greeted him at the door in my very respectable pjs. And I went after he left. Because I needed a shower and to wash my hair.

Walk was good but there was quite a cold wind. We went for a coffee afterwards.
