Something’s not right

im not coping

i cant handle all of these things

besides my mental health deteriorating so dramatically, and my physicall health floating up the creek

and now within the past few hours

my great grandmother now is in a nursing home and they dont know how long she has left and to make thigns worse i think i have to put my beleoved horse down.

we just had vets out and spend the last 4 hours trying to save my horse. its been 2 hours and went back to check on her and its not looking good.

not good at all 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞

i dont know what to do or how to feel, im a complete mess 😞

Kids are in bed. The littlw one wont be far off being asleep. Older one goes tp bed about 1030ish.
I dont feel like making a tea atm. Ot means getting up and risking further cramping plus injury from Sunday hasnt settled much yet so still hurts to get up and down to much. @Lee82

I hear you my dear friend, I wish there was something I could do to ease your pain and help you find your strength to be all you want to be. I sit in the hope that one day soon you will look into a mirror and see what your family here sees in you. I am going to hold you a little closer to my heart today and think of you a little more and when I do I will be sending you a little light, a little love, a little strength and a whole heap of gentle hugs little one to help you through.
