not coping

im not coping

i cant handle all of these things

besides my mental health deteriorating so dramatically, and my physicall health floating up the creek

and now within the past few hours

my great grandmother now is in a nursing home and they dont know how long she has left and to make thigns worse i think i have to put my beleoved horse down.

we just had vets out and spend the last 4 hours trying to save my horse. its been 2 hours and went back to check on her and its not looking good.

not good at all 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞

i dont know what to do or how to feel, im a complete mess 😞

sounds like a good way to work through the things you need to do @Zoe7 a trip into the city might be good so that is out of the way for you

I am trying not to stress about it @Former-Member Bit by bit getting things done - just means I will be working for the rest of the weekend but hopefully I will get it ll done. I have until Thursday to finish reports so have time during the week to finish them off if I don't get them all done this weekend.

Going to head into the city soon to get a couple of things I need to get before I go back to work. If I do that today I will still have time tomorrow to go elsewhere if I cannot get what I need. There is an art shop in the city I need to go - and I don't think they are open Sundays - so need to go today.

im glad your not to bad @Former-Member i did read yesterdays session was pretty tough. i hope kimmy comes around soon and is abit better too.
i dont go to the shops much anymore, i tend to just buy online and either do click and collect so i can just go and get out as quickly as possible or i get it delivered.

im quite tired too. have been on and off the phone to mum and the mechanic and still have to arrange tomorrow to pick up the new horse 😞

hey @eth it was a gastroscopy. im not even sure i mentioned it on this thread tbh just the results. have to wait for some biopsy results to come back and then will be able to have a better chat to the specialist about what the next steps are in regards to the hernia and the inflammation and whatever else they found

Oh dear @outlander sorry to hear all that. Hoping you're able to be gentle with yourself while you wait for the specialist, especially re the hernia. I imagine you do a fair bit of lifting in taking care of horses. Take care xx

I hate shopping with a passion @outlander , but my MH team are insisting that I go out more and not just to appointments. We have never liked shopping at the best of times but now it's worse because the noise effects me greatly not to mention the people and if a male comes to close that is worthy of a meltdown right now.

I hope you got everything sort with the mechanics and have arranged everything for YOUR horse. I know it doesn't feel like she is yours because of your sister taking all the congratulations and credit but here with this family we support you fully and can't wait for you to be able to spend time with your heart horse sweetie.
