Something’s not right

not coping

im not coping

i cant handle all of these things

besides my mental health deteriorating so dramatically, and my physicall health floating up the creek

and now within the past few hours

my great grandmother now is in a nursing home and they dont know how long she has left and to make thigns worse i think i have to put my beleoved horse down.

we just had vets out and spend the last 4 hours trying to save my horse. its been 2 hours and went back to check on her and its not looking good.

not good at all 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞

i dont know what to do or how to feel, im a complete mess 😞

just hanging in there @Snowie has been a busy day today. nothing went wrong today though so i will take that as a win. was going to chat to the counsellor as the weekly session thing but im not up for it tonight and might just connect next week instead. im sure ill be more nervous closer to friday so i can use that session then.

I am ok @outlander, I think. I feel like I am heading into a downward spiral. I hope I am not. I just think I have been going good since I got out of hospital and I can feel my mood shifting.

theres not really anything in particular to talk about tbh @Snowie but thank you. im hanging out to see a new denist in hopes they might be able to at least help with the pain ive been in since the surgeon wont take any responsibility nor will they help esp while covid is happening so this dentist is suppose to be pretty good esp with those who are nervous so ill give it ago and use my health insurance for it.

im sorry you might be heading into a downward spiral. i really hope not and that is more that your settling into home life more and adjusting back to that instead.

i have a feeling he is going to reccomend some orthodontic treatment @Snowie since the surgeon hinted that a while ago but they were hoping the symptoms would dissapear.

its suppose to be raining here over the weekend so might take the opportunity to both rest and get some cleaning done. ive been meaning to do some reorganising in the bedroom and straighten the hallway/lined cupboard up so might make that an aim by the end of the weekend.
i have a heap of washing to do as well so might have to do a load and put it in the dryer.

what about you?

I think it is meant to be raining here too hun. I have got lots of washing to do from being away so will probably be catching up on that and staying warm!

its just super expensive @Snowie so i hope at least they can offer payment plans if i need to do that as my insurance doesnt cover a great deal of dental work-mostly just general work.

have you got a dryer and/or indoor clothesline in case it rains? we have a dryer but i dont like to use it to often as it brings the power bill up so just if i really need to.

Unfortunately no insurance covers much dental work. Hopefully they do a payment plan if you need it @outlander

I have got a dryer and an inside clothesline. I have done a few loads tonight but run out of room to put things so the rest of the washing will have to wait to at least tomorrow. I have the heater on so hoping it dries overnight.
