I know it's the hardest thing, to keep on existing when it's so utterly and terribly painful. I can relate - I once spent 3 years intensely suicidal and not sleeping. I stayed in bed for 3 years. I really feel for you so much, @outlander . And you too, @Lee82 . If it's any comfort at all, I'm really glad I survived.

Wishing so much for some relief from the pain (emotional, mental and physical) for you both.
