Something’s not right

im not coping

i cant handle all of these things

besides my mental health deteriorating so dramatically, and my physicall health floating up the creek

and now within the past few hours

my great grandmother now is in a nursing home and they dont know how long she has left and to make thigns worse i think i have to put my beleoved horse down.

we just had vets out and spend the last 4 hours trying to save my horse. its been 2 hours and went back to check on her and its not looking good.

not good at all 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞

i dont know what to do or how to feel, im a complete mess 😞

wish i could say i was doing abit better but i just keep slipping backwards. i wish my brain and body couldve just switched off so i could enjoy the day/

I understand what your feeling right now cause I feel the same way. I am so sorry you feel this way too hun. It is a terrible place to be. I don't know if anything that can be done besides giving it time to eventually fade away and get back to some what of a normal life.

it really is a terrible place @Lee82 mh issues really suck and having constant physical pain just ads to everything all the time.
i guess just trudging through the day for now will have to do

I agree @outlander. Just getting through each day is all we can manage right now then that's all that can be done. Just existing is all I can do right this minute. It sucks but it's all I can handle right now.
