Something’s not right

im not coping

i cant handle all of these things

besides my mental health deteriorating so dramatically, and my physicall health floating up the creek

and now within the past few hours

my great grandmother now is in a nursing home and they dont know how long she has left and to make thigns worse i think i have to put my beleoved horse down.

we just had vets out and spend the last 4 hours trying to save my horse. its been 2 hours and went back to check on her and its not looking good.

not good at all 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞

i dont know what to do or how to feel, im a complete mess 😞

Not really any better @Lee82 just triggers everywhere atm and its tiring. Im still at mums till 1130. Littlest sister has a headache which sets off my anxiety more esp since paracetamol hasnt helped yet. I gave her some water and shes in bed now. I know its just a headache (cause she doesnt feel sick but just has a stubborn headache) so i dont know why it sets off my anxiety

I am trying to manage the best i can i guess being here atm has stopped any sh for now

I know it can be really tiring hun. You are doing such a great job right now. You are an amazing big sis to your siblings looking after them while you are going through what you are going through. I know how tough it can be but it also can be a blessing in disguise because it keeps you safe and distracted. Please stay strong hun and try your best to keep that SH monster away.

I dont feel like im doing a very good job atm. Im quite tired and headachy myself (im fairly sure its from the new meds as headache is common side effect esp when you get migraines)
I want to be here for the kids but i also just want to go home to bed.

Can you drink some water hun? Keep your fluids up it may help with the headache or can you take some Paracetamol yourself? When's Mum due home so you can get home to bed babe?

Ive not long finished a tea @Lee82 i dont really feel like drinking anymore atm and their pain relied is one that i cant take. Its more annoying then anything
Mums home at 1130 tonight so ill get home about midnight.
