Re: not coping

Sorry you still have so long before bed @outlander but a sleep in will be great.

You did so well this morning @Snowie good in you. I did a couple of hours of uni work so the day hasn’t been completely wasted.

A trip sounds awesome @rav3n I’ll join you for a virtual cuppa on the GC!

Re: not coping

Solo trip sounds like fun @rav3n

Never travelled solo. Mostly with hubby and family.

@outlander we are going to visit a neighbour who is in hospital (a rehab one). His wife has gone away for the weekend so we said we will go and see him to give him some company. He will be in for awhile

Re: not coping

Well done on the uni work @Eve7 Good job hon

@outlander He is a really nice neighbour. Always helping out. Been living next to him for over 20 years. He had a stroke and lost feeling in his left hand size. So in rehab. He is getting feeling back and starting to walk which is great.

Have you got a long shift tomorrow hon?

Re: not coping

@outlander yess defs a good idea to get those walks in now! do you usually just walk around your local streets, or somewhere near water like beaches/lakes, etc?

Re: not coping

@Eve7 yes pls, virtual cuppa would be lovely! would defs make feel less lonely. 💙 i'll probably ask you more about things to do in GC closer to the trip date hehe

Re: not coping

10 hours tomorrow @Snowie but in one place not scattered around the area.

would be difficult trying to get back on track after a stroke.
i dont have much use in my left side either, can be frustrating.

what are you studying @Eve7

@rav3n
it depends where i am, normally i fit in a short walk or 2 between shifts so area changes. i have a few favourite spots through
