Something’s not right

im not coping

i cant handle all of these things

besides my mental health deteriorating so dramatically, and my physicall health floating up the creek

and now within the past few hours

my great grandmother now is in a nursing home and they dont know how long she has left and to make thigns worse i think i have to put my beleoved horse down.

we just had vets out and spend the last 4 hours trying to save my horse. its been 2 hours and went back to check on her and its not looking good.

not good at all 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞

i dont know what to do or how to feel, im a complete mess 😞

theyve just called me to the back area and they are going to set up an infusion for the migraine. ill be here most of the night as the infusion is 6 hours plus a few hours observation. not sure what else will happen but ill probably end up signing out soon as the medications make me really drowsy, abit dizzy and sleepy but ill try and check in through the night

thank you both for being here. its hard being here especially by myself.

iam home now but last night was tough. i got dropped home at about 730 this morning. i had the infusion but i also had to have my IUD taken out. it was on its side and have abit of an infection so is part of the pain i was experiencing. thankfully not surgery just hurt more as they couldnt find the strings straightaway either and alot more embarassment. being a female really does suck sometimes!
the infusion seems to have helped abit. really foggy though but hopefully as the day goes on and resting more itll clear up. they said to come back if last nights infusion wasnt enough. they also gave me some more of my usual pain relief for a few days to try and get through the pain flare.
they think i may have CFS or Fibromyalgia as well and has said to bring it up with my specialists in the coming weeks too
