Something’s not right

im not coping

i cant handle all of these things

besides my mental health deteriorating so dramatically, and my physicall health floating up the creek

and now within the past few hours

my great grandmother now is in a nursing home and they dont know how long she has left and to make thigns worse i think i have to put my beleoved horse down.

we just had vets out and spend the last 4 hours trying to save my horse. its been 2 hours and went back to check on her and its not looking good.

not good at all 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞

i dont know what to do or how to feel, im a complete mess 😞

trying to get some help for my pain and migraines @avant-garde
its to much for me to handle and earlier was making me high high sh and SI urges

@outlander oh that's hard! When I get toothaches I get the same urges...

Have you seen a doctor yet or still in the waiting area?

I'm tired but ok enough, slight headache, think I'm dehydrated

Really sorry to hear that pain continues to hound you. I can honestly say that I fully understand how hard that is. I count my lucky stars every day that I no longer live in extreme pain.

I hope you are not kept waiting too long before you get to see someone there in emergency. But it's a Sat night, so who knows?

Anyway, I am around for a while. Just watching some footy tonight.

i have seen the triage nurse @avant-garde
but currently in the waiting area. have been here since 530 so hopefully not to much longer

it is abit busy but i would expect it will get worse as the football goes on with people drinking and stuff so im not sure how long ill be here.

i have my phone @avant-garde and a portable charger but thats about it. i dont really bring much with me esp with migraines as i cant really read or anything.
the waiting room has a few people that keep engaging with me as theyve been here as long as i have. people tend to flock to me lol. im sure ill have conversations going soon enough but i honestly just want to sleep
