Something’s not right

im not coping

i cant handle all of these things

besides my mental health deteriorating so dramatically, and my physicall health floating up the creek

and now within the past few hours

my great grandmother now is in a nursing home and they dont know how long she has left and to make thigns worse i think i have to put my beleoved horse down.

we just had vets out and spend the last 4 hours trying to save my horse. its been 2 hours and went back to check on her and its not looking good.

not good at all 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞

i dont know what to do or how to feel, im a complete mess 😞

What a bummer @outlander . That's painfully frustrating. It's like you need your personal advocate to advocate and do all the 'paper work' for you. I'm so so sorry it's been do deflating.

What have you been doing to sorta stay as well as you can?

i can contact the advocacy service but i really wonder why bother. @tyme

watching tv as usual theres not much i can do.
coloured in scrapbooked abit but i dont want to do that and i keep getting headaches so its not worth it at the moment

Just do what you can my dear. Do you have enough food stocked up @outlander ?

I hear what you mean by not being used to staying at home and just looking after yourself. I'm mindful you are usually so busy looking and caring for others.

i have some things @tyme but running low and not much to buy extra so just saving what i can. probably go back to eating cereal but i dont really want to waste money on things so.
i still have to pay my psych and specialist next week
