Something’s not right

im not coping

i cant handle all of these things

besides my mental health deteriorating so dramatically, and my physicall health floating up the creek

and now within the past few hours

my great grandmother now is in a nursing home and they dont know how long she has left and to make thigns worse i think i have to put my beleoved horse down.

we just had vets out and spend the last 4 hours trying to save my horse. its been 2 hours and went back to check on her and its not looking good.

not good at all 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞

i dont know what to do or how to feel, im a complete mess 😞

@Snowie, it certainly doesn’t come naturally, particularly for those of us who had negative experiences with humans in the past. I am glad to hear you’ve been able to place your trust in supports, that’s a brave thing 💖

@Eve7, sometimes we don’t always get the right fit straight away with helplines and that’s okay, it doesn’t mean there is no potential to find someone we can connect to. I hope you have been doing well today 💖

So full I cant move. Had 2 platters left behind after yesterday's gathering. Going to say no more food at my music gatherings unless we eat as much as we bring. lol

we didnt have many leftovers. i was the host of breakfast this year but only a small family so didnt over do it @Appleblossom @Shaz51 @Eve7

im glad the day is over now though. heres hoping the new years going to be better for everyone
