Something’s not right

im not coping

i cant handle all of these things

besides my mental health deteriorating so dramatically, and my physicall health floating up the creek

and now within the past few hours

my great grandmother now is in a nursing home and they dont know how long she has left and to make thigns worse i think i have to put my beleoved horse down.

we just had vets out and spend the last 4 hours trying to save my horse. its been 2 hours and went back to check on her and its not looking good.

not good at all 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞

i dont know what to do or how to feel, im a complete mess 😞

@outlander, I’m sorry to hear you lost your job. It’s okay to give yourself some time on Christmas. I know things look really dark now, you’ve always been amazing and strong to get through all the challenges in the past, you can get through this 💖

It sounds like there's a lot going on for you and it's sort of all snowballed to what you are feeling right now?

I can only imagine how hard it must be for you right now.

Go slow and be gentle on yourself. I have hope that things will improve.

i especially feel like i cant look affter anyone else when im this bad. i dont want to be a carer i dont want to be responsible for anyone else. i am to tired and im struggling. i feel like i need more supports but i have to constantly pay for supports and i cant do it anymore.
being in this stupid house being relied on is to hard. i cant be that person anymore. im struggling to keep myself safe and keep my own thoughts under control. i am safe right now but the thoughts are getting more and more overhwlming. i wanted to reach out for help but guess who is home and no one wants to have him and i cant say the real reason why i want time off.

Hey @outlander ,

I'm hearing you hun. It's not easy. You have given and given and given of yourself since an early age and helped everybody who asked. From looking after pop to looking after horses. At the same time, you were battling with your own mental and physical health.

You've always put yourself last @outlander . I'm so sorry that when you need help most, not many are willing to put their hand up. You deserve so much more.

Have you connected with SANE's Guided Service? I wonder if it would be helpful to talk to someone so that you even get some emotional support.

Hey @Snowie ,

I don't celebrate Christmas so it's nothing special for me except I have time off and can go for more walks and enjoy time with the kids here.

It's good just to be able to chill and relax. If it was warmer, I'd spend some time in the pool, but it's a bit cool at the moment.

@tyme, the guided service was amazing when I was with them, it might be something @outlander can look into. @tyme, I hope you do find the break restful, even if you don’t to Christmas.

@outlander, I think you deserve to get the help you need, sometimes that help means trying to figure out what supports are available. MH system can be hard to navigate, I hope you do find the help you need 💖
