Re: not coping

I hope so too @outlander But then again, a house is a house. I'd rather save a life than a house.

I know it takes a lot to fight the drug urges. I hope this will help him.

Re: not coping

They do seem to get physically and mentally exhausting @outlander

It takes me just under an hour to get home. That drive home is hard work.

I'm glad you spoke to the gp and got some answers hon. Hopefully it makes it easier for you in the long run.

Re: not coping

geez thats a long drive after appts. @Snowie mine is only 15 minutes so i guess im lucky

i have to check back in with the dr tomorrow. i just went in for injection today again and see if it helps which it did for a little bit but have to check back in tomorrow to see where to from here. she hasnt really managed someone with this condition so said she wanted to do some consulting and then can speak to me more tomorrow about steps forward

Re: not coping

At least she was honest with you @outlander instead of just pretending she knows what she is doing. Hopefully you have some more answers tomorrow and you can move forward with it.

Yes it is a drive, but everything is a drive from where I live. Thats why most of my pdoc appointments are by phone. He is even further away! I normally stop in and get myself a coffee before driving back home.
