Something’s not right

im not coping

i cant handle all of these things

besides my mental health deteriorating so dramatically, and my physicall health floating up the creek

and now within the past few hours

my great grandmother now is in a nursing home and they dont know how long she has left and to make thigns worse i think i have to put my beleoved horse down.

we just had vets out and spend the last 4 hours trying to save my horse. its been 2 hours and went back to check on her and its not looking good.

not good at all 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞

i dont know what to do or how to feel, im a complete mess 😞

im still having stomach pains as well. i had the procedure done a couple of days so i could administer meds better but i had to take it out for the wedding which im glad i did now but i might need it back. i dont really want to go for scans as 2 of my medical conditions mimic gallbladder and kidney type pain but its been a couple of weeks so i might need a checkup for this.
pain can cause higher bp too so can stress and illness.

no im not working today. ive taken the weekend and tomorrow off. tomorrow just have an important meeting in the arvo but thats about it @tyme

@tyme ive already started sort of. but i start more next weekend. i will be working the floor and my remote work should be set up properly so i can start doing more from home

@outlander watching a tv show called "Operation Live UK" at the moment. Just on foxtel. Is really interesting. If you like medical shows then you would like it.

It's about watching operations and them talking you through it @outlander This episode is about a man having an aortic valve replacement. They explain in detail every step of it.

It is really good. This is the first episode I have watched.
