Something’s not right

im not coping

i cant handle all of these things

besides my mental health deteriorating so dramatically, and my physicall health floating up the creek

and now within the past few hours

my great grandmother now is in a nursing home and they dont know how long she has left and to make thigns worse i think i have to put my beleoved horse down.

we just had vets out and spend the last 4 hours trying to save my horse. its been 2 hours and went back to check on her and its not looking good.

not good at all 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞

i dont know what to do or how to feel, im a complete mess 😞

just a meeting @Snowie and looking after pop who now has the man flu. might go for a walk.
dont really feel like doing much but i hate being at home. cant wait till im not living there anymore

im getting him into the drs tomorrow for antibiotics. @Snowie dont have time to be sick. its bound to happen with this weather though. the weather here is alternating between 18 degrees and 35 degrees so hot cold hot cold. everyone's going to get it at some point id say but i have just started my new job i cant afford to take time off now.

this shift is going slow though. tomorrow more of a day off but then from Thursday I'm pretty much working 24 hours straight. 9-2 with one job then 6pm-6am and in between that have to get pop to the barbers.
at least i dont have to pick up from the day program tomorrow so i have a couple of hours breathing space

Hopefully the antibiotics help and can get on top of it before you can catch it.

That is going to be a long day on Thursday hon, hopefully your shift's go quickly.

Going to log off hon. Think I need to go to sleep before something happens. See my psych in the morning.

I hope the appointment tomorrow goes well. Hopefully they are a good fit for you.

its ok @Snowie
was a really bad night for me.

i went for 2 short walks today. the first one was nice but the second one i got stuck in the rain but i was on the beach anyway so had a towel in the car
