Something’s not right

im not coping

i cant handle all of these things

besides my mental health deteriorating so dramatically, and my physicall health floating up the creek

and now within the past few hours

my great grandmother now is in a nursing home and they dont know how long she has left and to make thigns worse i think i have to put my beleoved horse down.

we just had vets out and spend the last 4 hours trying to save my horse. its been 2 hours and went back to check on her and its not looking good.

not good at all 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞

i dont know what to do or how to feel, im a complete mess 😞

its been a very big couple of days. only just getting up after getting home at 2am from the wedding. i have an awful cold that made an appearance the other day so its exacerbating a few medical conditions. but its all done now. one more big day tomorrow.
going out for a quiet dinner tonight possibly but may give it a miss

Glad to hear the wedding is over hon @outlander Hopefully you can get some rest now. I hope your cold doesn't get worse. Do you need to have a doctors visit?

no i dont think so, ill give it a couple of days and see how it goes. its in the early headcold stage but its day 4 so it should sort of be peaking in the next day or 2 @Snowie

D and H have had a cold the last few days, hoping I don't catch it.

Must be going around lately.

I am struggling. See psych again tomorrow which is probably a good thing.
