Re: not coping

That makes it extra hard @outlander. It was nothing for me to get phone calls at all hours to go and find nan as she had taken off. I lived closer than my mum. Plus usually I was the only one that could bring her around.

She also had sundowners so she didn’t sleep and got really angry and violent at night.

Re: not coping

he normally wont wander far from home but when out theres been many times ive needed to call for help to come and find him because even with the security they can say come to coles but he wont remember why or where that shop is in the shopping centre. we have to physically find him. hes wandered down streets while ive been in appts and had to go find him as well.
it really is like having toddlers in the house @Captain24

Re: not coping

My nans husband had to keep all the doors locked at all times. Sometimes she wouldn’t remember how to unlock them but other times she would. She could really take off when she escaped. She was in her 90’s and it was hard to keep up. Plus around where they lived there was a lot of side streets. @outlander

It is like toddlers you have to watch everything! Nan put butter on the tv screen.

Im glad today has been ok and it’s cruisy at work for you. @outlander. It’s so good that you have a small break from your pop. It’s a shame though that you have to be at work
