Something’s not right

im not coping

i cant handle all of these things

besides my mental health deteriorating so dramatically, and my physicall health floating up the creek

and now within the past few hours

my great grandmother now is in a nursing home and they dont know how long she has left and to make thigns worse i think i have to put my beleoved horse down.

we just had vets out and spend the last 4 hours trying to save my horse. its been 2 hours and went back to check on her and its not looking good.

not good at all 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞

i dont know what to do or how to feel, im a complete mess 😞

It's hard to connect sometimes with our support, so when we achieve that we don't want to loose it. Even though it is expensive I am glad you have found her @outlander Hopefully she can continue helping and supporting you.

I’m glad you have found a good one. @outlander. Mine is quite expensive too. She seems ok so far.

I’ve only got 4 left @outlander. But I have 2 appts with her before I see my GP to unlock the last 4. The psych did say though that if the GP diagnosis's me with an ED I get more. But I’m not sure that I have one.

i think youcan get extra ones depending on your mental state as well even without an extra diagnosis @Captain24 but i think its only like 2 or 3 extra ones
