Something’s not right

im not coping

i cant handle all of these things

besides my mental health deteriorating so dramatically, and my physicall health floating up the creek

and now within the past few hours

my great grandmother now is in a nursing home and they dont know how long she has left and to make thigns worse i think i have to put my beleoved horse down.

we just had vets out and spend the last 4 hours trying to save my horse. its been 2 hours and went back to check on her and its not looking good.

not good at all 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞

i dont know what to do or how to feel, im a complete mess 😞

It’s lingering but I would say that’s no sleep @Captain24 at least it’s only a quick shift today. I’m still in bed so maybe will get an hour nap in

i went and done the horses @Captain24
im back home now trying to get a load of washing done. never seems to end here
i might have to go to the drs for my leg. it feels like beyond a normal sprain or pulled muscle. ill give it today to rest and see how it goes tomorrow i guess and go from there

Just heading to work ina few minutes but I’m only there for 3-4 hours today which suits me fine. As much as I love the double pay in a Sunday it’s one of those days where I’m struggling before I even get there.


Everything feels like one of those movies where I’m standing there but the world is going flying past me. I feel like internally everything is crumbling and chaotic 😞
