Something’s not right

im not coping

i cant handle all of these things

besides my mental health deteriorating so dramatically, and my physicall health floating up the creek

and now within the past few hours

my great grandmother now is in a nursing home and they dont know how long she has left and to make thigns worse i think i have to put my beleoved horse down.

we just had vets out and spend the last 4 hours trying to save my horse. its been 2 hours and went back to check on her and its not looking good.

not good at all 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞

i dont know what to do or how to feel, im a complete mess 😞

@outlander One block, one step, one spoon ... at a time.

One thing that can emerge from this situation is clarity. Once you have balanced your own financial ledger, and moved out, you will be able to see some of the dramas and issues from the standpoint of distance ... and one at a time.

Do not underestimate all the strengths and skills you have.

It is also wrenching to leave loved ones and have healthcare arrangements to make. It is complicated... on practical levels and emotional levels.

Good luck with your drive and your health stuff.

itsa good reminder i think for everyone @Eve7 sometimes we cant tackle everything at once just need one piece at a time.


thank you @Appleblossom i feel like everything is crumbling within me but at the same time things are sort of coming into place so its very mixed emotions.
