Re: not coping

i feel like im heading into a downward spiral. im tiring mentally and physically. im struggling to feel anything except being overly anxious or so low that i cant bring myself back up.
im loosing motivation, i keep forgetting everything and its getting more and more frustrating.
i had my hopes up for this job but now im thinking it might not be a good idea but i dont know why. i dont have the confidence to change workplaces but i know i need to

Re: not coping

Is it that feeling that 'something isn't right', but you can pinpoint what it is? @outlander

I'm here if you need a chat.

Re: not coping

its abit like something isnt right but i dont know what it is but it also feels like my brain and body have been so overwhelmed that the best thing would be to shut down @tyme
i almost lost control and self harmed again today and i had a meltdown.

i feel like if my brain has shut down its trying to cope with the overload but usually the mini meltdowns mean something more is coming but i dont know what when or how bad it will be

I'm so sorry to hear this. Is it work that has caused this? Or what's happening around you? @outlander

Re: not coping

i think its between work, home responsibilities that im having to go through and my health as well @tyme
so much has changed and eveything keeps changing. i know life doesnt stand still but nothing for me seems to be going right or happens slowly. everything just seems to happen at once not giving me time to adjust to anything or be able to have time to think of decisions. evreything happens so fast

Re: not coping

Very true @outlander . Sometimes we just need to stand back a little so we can see what is actually happening! I agree it can be so fast sometimes.

Re: not coping

It’s So hard sometimes @tyme
It’s been a long time since I’ve had meltdowns and it’s even worse that these are happening in public as well.
I see my new psychologist fortnightly now so I think that’ll be something I need to work on abit.

I feel like even though I’m use to pressure, sometimes it’s just to much and I don’t know how to handle it. Shutting down is also a big warning sign for me
