not coping

im not coping

i cant handle all of these things

besides my mental health deteriorating so dramatically, and my physicall health floating up the creek

and now within the past few hours

my great grandmother now is in a nursing home and they dont know how long she has left and to make thigns worse i think i have to put my beleoved horse down.

we just had vets out and spend the last 4 hours trying to save my horse. its been 2 hours and went back to check on her and its not looking good.

not good at all 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞

i dont know what to do or how to feel, im a complete mess 😞

yeah im sure whoever has said that to you doesnt quite grasp the concept of the tasks 😞 @Shaz51 it might make us stronger but at what costs to our own health though.

i havent been able to accept the program yet. they offerred it to me but i cant accept until i get the home life sorted. i really want to though, it will lead to much greater things. i can do more peer supporting and disability work or really whatever i choose to do within our caring sectors

Change is coming. i dont know how long itll take for me to get through this storm but this time it is coming and for the better. it has taken me years to break free but this time as hard as it is i need to stick with it for the better longer term

there was a bigger update that i tagged you in earlier but i had to remove it due to anonymity reason, you might have it in your emails though thatll give you an idea of what is happening as the latest storm

winter has really set in here too @Sans911 its been only around 13 degrees here and down to 1-4 degrees at night depending if its snowing in other areas we get the cold breeze added in too.

do you have any plans for tomorrow

im trying to finish this course by the end of the year @tyme then i will have completed both certificates i had set out to achieve and if i decide to take the diploma then itll be my only focus for next year.
the quizzes were multiple choice and only took about 20-30 minutes each so i decided to do them today while ive been at home. its a good distraction as well. i only have 7 assignments left to do and then theyll open up my last 3 modules to complete. once ive done the last 3 modules ill have finished the cert in community services tafe contacted me on friday to confirm that i have now gained the cert 4 in disability as well and i should receive my transcript and certificate within the next couple of weeks
