Something’s not right

im not coping

i cant handle all of these things

besides my mental health deteriorating so dramatically, and my physicall health floating up the creek

and now within the past few hours

my great grandmother now is in a nursing home and they dont know how long she has left and to make thigns worse i think i have to put my beleoved horse down.

we just had vets out and spend the last 4 hours trying to save my horse. its been 2 hours and went back to check on her and its not looking good.

not good at all 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞

i dont know what to do or how to feel, im a complete mess 😞

Selling a horse would have been a heart wrenching decision.

You are doing all the right things, but trauma is pesky.

@outlander hi sweetheart i am over at the everything music thread these days. i am doing okay hope you are too. been ages since we have talked. months!!!! our rabbit is unwell. we love that rabbit he is part of the family. big changes happening in my family. son2 is moving out into supported living. daughter moving back and son1 is coming home!!

cannt really regulate my emotions @Snowie i dont know what to feel because it changes so fast.
my sh urges are worsening and acting them on sometimes when i cant control them.
i miss my horse and im getting tired of being the person who has to do everything for everyone and i have to revolve my life around everyone else. i get so tired of having chronic pain as well. it just affects everything
i hope the new psychologist im planning on seeing will have a space for me soon

oh dear @outlander sounds like you have got a lot going on at the moment.

I'm sorry things are so hard at the moment.

I'm sorry to hear about your sh urges. Are you safe at the moment?

I know you have so much responsibility in regards to others and it must be hard to find time to yourself.

I'm hoping you can get into seeing your new psych soon. Have you got any idea when they can fit you in?

im watching gilmore girls and eating abit of ice cream (even though i know i shouldnt be!)
no the waitlist was around 3 months. when i last asked a couple of weeks ago she said about a month so im hoping within the next couple of weeks ill get an appt
