Something’s not right

im not coping

i cant handle all of these things

besides my mental health deteriorating so dramatically, and my physicall health floating up the creek

and now within the past few hours

my great grandmother now is in a nursing home and they dont know how long she has left and to make thigns worse i think i have to put my beleoved horse down.

we just had vets out and spend the last 4 hours trying to save my horse. its been 2 hours and went back to check on her and its not looking good.

not good at all 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞

i dont know what to do or how to feel, im a complete mess 😞

@outlander sorry to hear last night wasn't good for you.

Panic attacks are not fun and can cause us so much distress.

I hope today has been a little better for you hon and you have done something nice for yourself.

ive been trying to get in contact with my boss half the day. she only decided to stop ignoring me when isaid i spoke to a union rep and then she was all ears. shes having a meeting with me tonight but shes to reliable so im not holding my breath.

i went out today, had to go and get some medical supplies for my injections.

Arghhh @outlander . What a shame it gets to that before people listen.

I've been in an organisation where terrible events had to happen before staff wellbeing was prioritised. For years staff were wanting the boss to know that more has to be done about staff wellbeing. It fell on deaf ears.

i hope so @tyme. it will be a shame to leave but ive reached my boundaries so the boss needs to pay me properly. i cant work for free

i like my job and who i work with but its the boss thts the problem
