Re: not coping

Sounds so challenging for you at the moment @outlander .

Am I right in saying that you have a job with a fair bit of responsibility? (I vaguely remember you mentioning it).

Re: not coping

That probably makes it more stressful @outlander .

For me, work provides security, responsibility, accountable and a reason to get up on cold winter days. I can see how difficult things are for you.

Do you think there can be special arrangements made so you can work in a more flexible manner? (I'm not sure as I don't know the ins and outs of your work).

Since COVID, workplaces are learning to become more flexible. I hope this will be the case for you.

All the best,

tyme

Re: not coping

my work has been pretty good. i manage some amazing staff members and i do have a good boss as well but theres only so much flexibility when it comes to managing things that involve disabilities as well. i dont and cant really afford to keep having days off because i have to try and manage severe pain or im to sick to come into work. its really unpredictable some days as well because one day i might be fine and other days ill be really bad but alot of my shifts are early morning and doesnt leave any time to find someone to replace me.
i work 2 days from home but i still work 3 shifts a week in person
