not coping

im not coping

i cant handle all of these things

besides my mental health deteriorating so dramatically, and my physicall health floating up the creek

and now within the past few hours

my great grandmother now is in a nursing home and they dont know how long she has left and to make thigns worse i think i have to put my beleoved horse down.

we just had vets out and spend the last 4 hours trying to save my horse. its been 2 hours and went back to check on her and its not looking good.

not good at all 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞

i dont know what to do or how to feel, im a complete mess 😞

it gets tough sometimes. sometimes my brain likes to go over all the negative things all in one day. hopefully tomorrow is better. i have work so itll keep me occupied for a little while at least.
at least ill have a few days off after tomorrow, ive not had a days break between work and pops high care in weeks.

im not really sure how to grieve the losses that are still clearly visible @tyme
like my sports, ive had to give up like my riding or even going for walks properly, all of my social actitivies were surrounded by my hobbies and ive had to give up most. ive lost my bussiness because i cant do it anymore due to the medical condition i have.

i think i under estimated the impacts of such a severe chronic condition. ive got other chronic medical conditions but were able to be managed unlike this one.

Your losses are real @outlander and it will take time to get used to what your life is like now.

I wish it was easier for you and that life was easier for you.

All I can really do is be here for you sis and be by your side in every step of your journey.

You are such a strong and courageous person who keeps going through all that life throws at you. I hope you are able to achieve some sort of balance in your life going forward.

i just seem to keep making things worse here. i think i might drop my promotion and go back to just being a worker. just causes to many dramas.
