not coping

im not coping

i cant handle all of these things

besides my mental health deteriorating so dramatically, and my physicall health floating up the creek

and now within the past few hours

my great grandmother now is in a nursing home and they dont know how long she has left and to make thigns worse i think i have to put my beleoved horse down.

we just had vets out and spend the last 4 hours trying to save my horse. its been 2 hours and went back to check on her and its not looking good.

not good at all 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞

i dont know what to do or how to feel, im a complete mess 😞

Glad to hear you have something that you like @outlander

I need to get out in my garden to pull out the weeds!! They are starting to overtake.

I am sort of ok. Went mothers day shopping today and got mum and mother in law both a present so that is at least done. Lots going through my head at the moment. Hard not to succumb to it. Hopefully I will be asleep soon.

maybe thats a job for a nice sunny day @Snowie i find it quite relaxing to make little gardens up. maybe gardening can be a go to thing when your thoughts are taking over too. maybe try designing your own mini pot plant features?

I have a few plants outside @outlander that are still alive. I tend to not be a great gardener!!

I am meant to be seeing my psych on Monday. Some days I just don't feel like it helps.

I will say goodnight hon. I have already taken my meds so am hoping sleep is not too far away. Am also hoping I can get through the night without a nightmare. That would be nice. It was good to talk to you.

succulents are way easy @Snowie and so many to choose from too.
i hope your psych helps but i understand that sometimes it doesnt.
i hope you have a restful sleep, im hoping to be in bed soon too i think.
