Something’s not right

im not coping

i cant handle all of these things

besides my mental health deteriorating so dramatically, and my physicall health floating up the creek

and now within the past few hours

my great grandmother now is in a nursing home and they dont know how long she has left and to make thigns worse i think i have to put my beleoved horse down.

we just had vets out and spend the last 4 hours trying to save my horse. its been 2 hours and went back to check on her and its not looking good.

not good at all 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞

i dont know what to do or how to feel, im a complete mess 😞

ive not long got home @Snowie they admitted me overnight and kept me in the ED. havent slept in nearly 2 days but at least managed half a sandwich in like a week so thats a start. im trying to get an urgent appointment with my specialsit to get the rest of the results.
i had about a 10 minute nap before i got a few phone calls trying to arrange for pop to be coming home so he is getting picked up and will be home within the hour now unfortunatly.
done alot of arranging though so that he can have supports and i dont have to be at home much

It is good to hear that your Pop is getting more support @outlander Hopefully this means the pressure on you is eased a bit.

Sorry to hear that you haven't slept. It is hard to do that in ED with so much happening.

I hope you are able to get a good nights sleep tonight hon. It would help both mentally and physically.

yeah im super tired @Snowie but im still feeling quite sick so not sure how comfortable ill be.

the person thats moved into my house has already taken over again. i told her not to baby him all the time and to let him have a voice rather then over powering him. thankfully shes going out for the weekend

Hopefully things get back to normal soon between you and your pop. I know you do so much for him and care for him.

Please try and get some sleep tonight. I hope you have got something to take for your pain.

it wont be back to normal @Snowie i dont really want to be his carer much and it really disturbed me that i felt like i didnt miss him much. it was nice for him to be looked after by other health professionals and away from me.

@outlander you are free to have your own life hon. You are not just a career, you are a person who deserves their own freedoms.

I hope you will be able to have some time to yourself in all of this.

thanks @Snowie i really hope mum will actually take over the carers soon.
i managed to have abit of diner but i feel really sick after it so im going to have to speak to the specialist asap and try and get this sorted. the way my eating habits are the the extreme pains just arent sustainable.
