Something’s not right

im not coping

i cant handle all of these things

besides my mental health deteriorating so dramatically, and my physicall health floating up the creek

and now within the past few hours

my great grandmother now is in a nursing home and they dont know how long she has left and to make thigns worse i think i have to put my beleoved horse down.

we just had vets out and spend the last 4 hours trying to save my horse. its been 2 hours and went back to check on her and its not looking good.

not good at all 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞

i dont know what to do or how to feel, im a complete mess 😞

its ok @Snowie

i am missing everyone though. im in a very depressed state atm so it makes it hard to do anything. i thought have a good job and good workers around me would help but i havent been in this state for a while. even the sh urges are back and questioning life. i dont know what has brought this on though when there hasnt been to much of a trigger

Hi @outlander, I am so sorry to hear how hard things have been for you lately, and how the feelings of depression have been sitting heavy today. It can be really challenging when there are no clear triggers

You mentioned sitting with thoughts of self harm and questioning life more recently. When these thoughts come up, is there anything you have been doing to cope with them or stay safe?

If you start to feel unsafe today, do you have a safety plan or people you can contact who can support you?

We are sitting here with you outlander Please let us know if there is anything you need from our community today, eg a listening ear and someone to listen, suggestions of strategies that have worked for others, or some additional support options You know what you need best

i am safe @Daisydreamer its just really hard atm. im busy all the time but my brains just scattered and worrying about so many things including an upcoming surgery in less then 2 weeks
