Something’s not right

im not coping

i cant handle all of these things

besides my mental health deteriorating so dramatically, and my physicall health floating up the creek

and now within the past few hours

my great grandmother now is in a nursing home and they dont know how long she has left and to make thigns worse i think i have to put my beleoved horse down.

we just had vets out and spend the last 4 hours trying to save my horse. its been 2 hours and went back to check on her and its not looking good.

not good at all 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞

i dont know what to do or how to feel, im a complete mess 😞

Thanks everyone. today was a really bad day at work. i feel like my role today has caused alot of damage just by doing by job. i feel like ive lost the respect from a friend and work colleague.

i had my covid booster today and its giving me a fair bit of side effects too but i have work all week so ill have to work through it.

it can be tough to be a manager @Snowie today was ok. had a good day at work but was really tiring with all these symptoms from the vaccination yesterday. the headaches and body aches are really bad today even with some pain relief. hopefully tomorrow is better since my shift is longer tomorrow

im having some more time out over the next few days @Snowie im not sleeping at my house atm. its to overrun by people i dont want there or for people pestering me for money when they shouldnt even be in my house

im not sure ill be sleeping with all the side effects @Snowie but im quite ok where i am. it makes me want to move into my own house even more now
