Something’s not right

im not coping

i cant handle all of these things

besides my mental health deteriorating so dramatically, and my physicall health floating up the creek

and now within the past few hours

my great grandmother now is in a nursing home and they dont know how long she has left and to make thigns worse i think i have to put my beleoved horse down.

we just had vets out and spend the last 4 hours trying to save my horse. its been 2 hours and went back to check on her and its not looking good.

not good at all 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞

i dont know what to do or how to feel, im a complete mess 😞

Midnight is a lonley place to be left alone with your thoughts.

I also have visitors in my house. I feel like a stranger in my own home now. I havent got anywhere to escape to now.

Thanks sis. Im just having a really tough time of things right now. Its just been really difficult and hearing yet another psych say they dont know how to help me basically just seems like theres no help left for me. Ive been doing it all on my own @Sans911

The only reason the psych is saying they don't know how to help you is because they don't have the experience that is needed. Your needs are complex but you can be helped. By the right person, in the right time and place. Yes, you have been doing it alone pretty much but you will get that person eventually. Don't give up on yourself. There is so much good about you. And the trauma, the bad stuff will be unpacked in its own time. And you will understand it, know how to resolve how you feel about it, with help, and move in from that. You are very smart @outlander. Smarter and wiser than your years. I know you are having such a difficult time, but I know in my heart better times will be yours. ❣️❣️
