Something’s not right

im not coping

i cant handle all of these things

besides my mental health deteriorating so dramatically, and my physicall health floating up the creek

and now within the past few hours

my great grandmother now is in a nursing home and they dont know how long she has left and to make thigns worse i think i have to put my beleoved horse down.

we just had vets out and spend the last 4 hours trying to save my horse. its been 2 hours and went back to check on her and its not looking good.

not good at all 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞

i dont know what to do or how to feel, im a complete mess 😞

Wow that's a pretty full on day tomorrow @outlander. I've had a couple ct scans and that drink is terrible. So bloody sweet.
Understandable that your anxious about it all. There is a lot going on for you. I wish you all the very best for tomorrow and hope you get some answers soon @outlander so you can have to peace of mind .

I haven't had a ct scan before, ive heard that drink tastes terrible. ill just take a drink bottle with me as they said im allowed water a few sips should help get rid of the taste.
hopefully itll provide some answers though. not sure whether to book in another appointment for Friday or wait till Monday again.

they'll be able to tell me tomorrow @Lee82 urine tests take about 3 days so im guessing ct may take about the same..
im abit scared to go in the dome.

You definitely have a full day tomorrow @outlander . Try and prepare for the dome, what is your best distraction technique that you can use mentally. What can you focus on, what are you good at picturing in your mind? I know it doesn't help with the fear but I will be thinking of you tomorrow, sending you love and positive thoughts. 💜🦋

You afraid of small spaces @outlander?

It looks scarier than it is. If I remember correctly they give you head phones to listen to music. The machine makes loud noises but it's all safe babe. They keep checking in on you to make sure you are still comfortable and safe and if you need you can tell them you want to get out and they will stop it immediately.

If the result will be ready by Friday I see no reason to wait till Monday. Book an appointment for Friday that will give you peace of mind honey and also there is no need to go through another weekend without knowing when you can Find out earlier.

I have this thing where i count. Ever since my first attempt thats how i cope being in small rooms or stressful tests. Weird i know. But ill count the tiles on the roof or the words on a poster (providing i can see ok cause usually i need my glasses 🤦‍♀️) or ill count up to a certain number then backwards. If a machine makes noises ill count the incriments between each noise or a particular noise.
