Something’s not right

im not coping

i cant handle all of these things

besides my mental health deteriorating so dramatically, and my physicall health floating up the creek

and now within the past few hours

my great grandmother now is in a nursing home and they dont know how long she has left and to make thigns worse i think i have to put my beleoved horse down.

we just had vets out and spend the last 4 hours trying to save my horse. its been 2 hours and went back to check on her and its not looking good.

not good at all 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞 😞

i dont know what to do or how to feel, im a complete mess 😞

I know you have a number of trauma anniversaries around now, and I also know how hard that is.

I hope you are able to sleep, or at least rest. Keep a light on if it helps you feel a little safer.

Im heading to bed soon too. Very tired after a couple of near sleepless nights myself. Going to take some otc painkiller to help tonight.

The anniversaries have passed thankfully, im not sure whats set these ones off there hasnt been any triggers im aware of or can think of. 🤷‍♀️

the gp is running a ct scan which im booked in for tomorrow and if nothing shows wants to refer me to a gastroenterologist to do an endoscopy to check for ulcers.
also wrote a referral to get another opinion from a surgeon regarding my nerve issues.

I'm so sorry you have to go through all those tests @outlander but that's great news you are finally being heard and that someone is taking the initiative needed to find out what's going on.
good luck with the ct scan tomorrow .

I have to get there early to drink that crap and then do the ct scan. thankfully mums not at work so I don't have to worry about the kids.
im anxious but okish, im still tired but that's a common theme atm.
and I have to redo a blood and urine test again now. hes decided to do them now rather then another 4 weeks time just to recheck some things again. they had to be fasting ones so ill do those in the morning before the ct scan.
