Hi Readers, i am suffering from "mental health issues" and it is an ongoing, daily battle. I am pretty much constantly wrestling with the thoughts going on in my mind. And my psychical life seems too be suffering for it. (There is a huge difference between physical and mental ) something is definitely not right! So each day I'm waking up and going about my routine. And over the last few days, weeks and months. I have been noticing changes in my mentality toward myself, others and life. And some questions such as, what is my life about? And what should my objectives be? Have arisen... of course like we all are, I'm subject too making decisions... and there has been the same options in front of me time and time again for months on end. And it becomes rather draining and mundane. And i feel myself going around in circles like something simple just ain't connecting.
I enjoy writing, art, music. And peace of mind... walking, reading, meditation. Taking care of myself. Socialising. Etcetera. Getting ahead, getting in front. Planning, dreaming and so on. And do my best to look after myself. While accepting that it can only ever be so much.
But there just something not quite right. And I'm suffering for it on a daily basis. And I'm tired and fed up with going through the same stuff everyday. And in all honesty. Alot of my suffering comes from prospective and thought processes.
Does anyone wanna talk with me about some things that might help? In particular dealing with people no matter who they are. Can be very stressful and cause lots of procrastinating about pros and cons. In particularly people who i think about reaching out to for support. Because of dilemmas dramas and social dynamics. And picking up on things that "aint really happening" "gut feelings type of stuff " "intuition" that type of thing. And enjoying time with people is great! I just tend to be overly preoccupied with symptoms to be worried about socialising sometimes "Symptoms which involves others"
Yea @Friendconnect I'm finding some of your writing and ideas / suggestions to be a little ironic when I compare them to my experiences. a little off with the fairies type of thing and coming from a different prospective. I've got and had a lot of philosophies go through my mind about the summary of my life. And In a strange way. It all makes sense too me. But yea I'll try and understand where you're coming from and how it would work.
For example. Jesus was perhaps the most victimized man in the world. And before that happened. He taught about repentance (which means feeling bad about the wrong we've done and making a mense for it. And also John the Baptist. Baptised people for forgiveness of sins. Which we've all committed) it's like feeling like you want to die for the wrong you've done. Because you know it can't be changed or fixed. I know I been there before... And essentially, I believe we all have a victim and a abuser inside of us... Which comes with two different mentalities... Which we use with either or either frame of mind we are in... You feel guilty. You want to be forgiven. You want to make a mense for the wrong. You want to make it right... Or you feel innocent. And, you blame for the wrong that has been done to you. You want justice. Punishment. You want to make things right... Essentially I believe we are all stuck in either or either of these mentalities at any given time... But you throw a saviour into the equation... Someone who's had the utmost wrong done to them? And someone who forgives this wrong? And someone who forgives you also... And essentially frees you from this cycle... Through leading bye the example of forgiveness even though they were destined to be crucified... Perhaps the wrong he done... Was taking the power away from from the abusers of this world. Who gained power, strength and control from doing the wrong thing to others. Because their victims had no other choice but to forgive or seek retaliation. And even though it was justified. Once the victim. Makes the abuser their own victim. Or at least tries to. The abuser turned victim. Will then abuse the victim again. And the cycle will never end. Even if it in the mental, physical or spiritual realm. However with mental health patients. The cycle is forced upon them.

If you look at life through the ways of the old testament. Which we all do. From time to time. It is reflected back upon us. (bye whom we look at it through). And it is about right and wrong. And I believe we all need this. At some stage or another of our lives. However, when you look at a person. Through the eyes of the old testament. It will become a case. Of battling between who is right. And who is wrong. And then there comes the urge for either or either of the parties wanting to resolve this dispute of right and wrong between one another. And it becomes a tormenting battle... Blows between either or either side are exchanged... Either in the mental, physical or spiritual realms. And it never gets resolved. Because both parties probably feel they are the victim. Of the other parties wrong. And neither of them. Want to loose the battle... Who done who wrong first in this scenario? Who are they saying has done the wrong thing? Who will settle the dispute?
And as they continue to feel like a victim. Of each other's wrong. The blows have to and inevitably become harsher, stronger, more vicious... And jump between attacks which either come from the mental, physical or spiritual realm from either or either side of the parties.... And the basis of the argument and dispute. Is between. Who is right and who is wrong. And when both of them. Are Feeling like a victim because of the other parties perceived wrong doing. Which is caused bye looking at things through the way of the old testament. Which we all do from time to time. As we are all the victims. From somebodies wrong. Which makes us want to. Turn the victimization around on the people. Who we perceived as doing us the wrong in the first place.. . And essentially. We are all victimized everyday. And we all abuse everyday. Either in the mental, physical or spiritual realm. Which means we are all needing to repent for... Or continue on our plight of power, strength and control. In either of the three realms. Or we are forgiving... Or in turn... Seeking to retaliate against the wrong that has been done to us... Bye the other party or parties... And then there is the inevitable rules, laws and guidelines of society. We must abide bye...
So when you're weak and vulnerable. For whatever reason. It becomes a bad situation to be stuck in. When you're relying on another human being. Too help eliminate the suffering. Which is caused bye being a victim... Because inevitably... The new party you've turned too... Which creates a new relationship... Will at some stage or another... Look at things through the eyes of the old testament... And the battle of right and wrong begins again. Perhaps it's a god given instinct? And the cycle starts again? And a whole new battle of who is right and who is wrong. Starts over? But who sets the standards, rules, laws? Of right between wrong? Other humans? God? The bible? Society? Or our own understanding which is based around our three elements?
Connecting with other humans is our most primal instinct. But at what cost and extent do we go too? To attain this? We sacrifice ourselves knowing the wrong thing will be done to us? Or we enter into new relationships. Thinking we are right? And thinking we are not wrong?

Hi @eudemonism...
Life is not about proving anything or anyone right or wrong.Don't stress about what others think of you.
It's about exploring what you truly want from life and keep progressing with it. As long as your thoughts, actions and life are right in your own eyes and making sense to you... you won't be disappointed by any doing from others.
Relationship with others are important... however before we begin with that we need to make a smooth relationship with ourselves. Then you'll know what are the right things for your life and the right people to have relationship with.
Otherwise we just keep running in circles of disappointments and expectations.

Re: Coming to terms with reality
@eudemonism, why we need to stop comparisons with others because right/wrong/success/failure/good/bad/rich/poor etc... are all relative terms. Dictionary says "right" as anything morally correct... so it's based on human judgement. You need to be able to justify things to YOURSELF and not anyone else.
This does imply that what's right for one person can be wrong for another and that's perfectly fine. No judgement of others thoughts and feelings is equally important if we don't want to be judged by others.

What you've just done @Friendconnect is a prime example of what I'm talking about. Don't worry. I'm used of it. I've learned to tolerate ignorance of one's own ways.

Sorry @Friendconnect that was a bit snappy and snide on my behalf... I'm contemplating the beginning of my 28 day emotional roller coaster ride... And wondering why it's happening, how it's happening, what's causing it to happen and where it's taking me... A man of the needle has many emotions... Eude.

Re: Coming to terms with reality
I have much more respect for someone who admits they are wrong. Than someone who tries to be right. Because I know... All these types of things... Are in God's sight.

Re: Coming to terms with reality
It's perfectly fine @eudemonism... it's important to express our thoughts and feelings and I agree I might have rephrased bits and pieces from you ideas... no wonder we all have had few common experiences. It's helpful to be able to clearly put these down as that bring a sort of lightness.
Yes.. it's hard to pull oneself together for the same fight (injections) every single time and knowing what follows makes it all the more intolerable.
It might be helpful to make efforts towards addictions as those do not involve getting others agree to your opinions and hence gives some power and freedom to make positive changes.
Sometimes situation seems too complicated.. just finding the starting point itself can be relieving.
