Hi Readers, i am suffering from "mental health issues" and it is an ongoing, daily battle. I am pretty much constantly wrestling with the thoughts going on in my mind. And my psychical life seems too be suffering for it. (There is a huge difference between physical and mental ) something is definitely not right! So each day I'm waking up and going about my routine. And over the last few days, weeks and months. I have been noticing changes in my mentality toward myself, others and life. And some questions such as, what is my life about? And what should my objectives be? Have arisen... of course like we all are, I'm subject too making decisions... and there has been the same options in front of me time and time again for months on end. And it becomes rather draining and mundane. And i feel myself going around in circles like something simple just ain't connecting.
I enjoy writing, art, music. And peace of mind... walking, reading, meditation. Taking care of myself. Socialising. Etcetera. Getting ahead, getting in front. Planning, dreaming and so on. And do my best to look after myself. While accepting that it can only ever be so much.
But there just something not quite right. And I'm suffering for it on a daily basis. And I'm tired and fed up with going through the same stuff everyday. And in all honesty. Alot of my suffering comes from prospective and thought processes.
Does anyone wanna talk with me about some things that might help? In particular dealing with people no matter who they are. Can be very stressful and cause lots of procrastinating about pros and cons. In particularly people who i think about reaching out to for support. Because of dilemmas dramas and social dynamics. And picking up on things that "aint really happening" "gut feelings type of stuff " "intuition" that type of thing. And enjoying time with people is great! I just tend to be overly preoccupied with symptoms to be worried about socialising sometimes "Symptoms which involves others"

Re: Coming to terms with reality
Yea @Former-Member and @Friendconnect I'm definitely looking at CHANGING my meds... Something to lift me up and get me going THROUGHOUT the day... Something that will allow me to RELAX, lift my mood and motivate me DURING THE DAY and still function well at the SAME time... And do what I'm doing at the moment and more... (hopefully)...... and then something else to wind me down at night and send me off to sleep... (stabilizes the psychosis side of things). But don't bomb me out throughout the day... So I'm after a stable and good feeling... Not this emotional roller-coaster ride which starts and stops every 28 days... That's a joke... HOPEFULLY IT ALL GOES WELL AND WORKS OUT TO MY LIKING... I'VE ALREADY GOT THE FEELINGS OF BEING RELEASED FROM A PUNISHING SENTENCE INSIDE OF ME... YEY!!! EUDE... AND IF IT FAILS... THE SYSTEM WILL BE THERE TO ABSORB ME AND GO THROUGH THE DETAIN PROCESS... (again) doubt that though)... I'd love to be more focused and making more progress toward my goals, ambitions, aspirations and dreams... Like photography, writing, music... House work, yard work, kitchen duties... Cooking, socialising, entertainment... Family, community, church... Upgrades, get the Internet, get some subscriptions... (10 minutes until I leave for my appointment/meeting... )

Re: Coming to terms with reality
@eudemonism.. I completely understand how frustrated you might be feeling about all these happenings... indeed sounds painful
Please take time to rest as things can seem overwhelming when thought all at once. I understand it's been a long and difficult journey for you. And once you've got the history to influence every next person.. it makes it difficult to change things
Let's keep hope alive and move forward with a view that there must be ways to betterment... ways yet to be explored... that will eventually lead to miracles.
Have a good refreshing sleep... that sets you for a brighter tomorrow 😊

Re: Coming to terms with reality
@Friendconnect I'm like the weather hey. Always changing. Always fluctuating. Never the same. On any given day. Even though the background is blue and the clouds are white. And the sun and the moon go around and around in their time. And the stars come out at night and go away in the day. Some days are stormy. Sometimes it rains. Sometimes the wind blows a little. Sometimes it blows a lot. Sometimes there's sun. And sometimes there's not. Eude.

Re: Coming to terms with reality
Yes @eudemonism... the ever-changing weather signifies that change is the only constant in this universe. We need to find a place within us that's not affected by weather or for that matter anything outside of us. We need to accept that everything we see around us is temporary and is bound to change.
Our moods might swing and emotions may turn upside down throughout the day... yet we need to find a tiny spot deep inside the heart which remains unaffected from anything we're thinking.. anything we are facing in our life.
A place always abound with peace and happiness. Imagine this place and be there with all your dreams just for few mins forgetting everything that's troubling you.. just few mins. Try it... atleast these few mins of life would be meaningful and you'll actually start looking forward to this time everyday😊
