Coming to terms with reality

Coming to terms with reality

Hi Readers, i am suffering from "mental health issues" and it is an ongoing, daily battle. I am pretty much constantly wrestling with the thoughts going on in my mind. And my psychical life seems too be suffering for it. (There is a huge difference between physical and mental ) something is definitely not right! So each day I'm waking up and going about my routine. And over the last few days, weeks and months. I have been noticing changes in my mentality toward myself, others and life. And some questions such as, what is my life about? And what should my objectives be? Have arisen... of course like we all are, I'm subject too making decisions... and there has been the same options in front of me time and time again for months on end. And it becomes rather draining and mundane. And i feel myself going around in circles like something simple just ain't connecting.

I enjoy writing, art, music. And peace of mind... walking, reading, meditation. Taking care of myself. Socialising. Etcetera. Getting ahead, getting in front. Planning, dreaming and so on. And do my best to look after myself. While accepting that it can only ever be so much.

But there just something not quite right. And I'm suffering for it on a daily basis. And I'm tired and fed up with going through the same stuff everyday. And in all honesty. Alot of my suffering comes from prospective and thought processes.

Does anyone wanna talk with me about some things that might help? In particular dealing with people no matter who they are. Can be very stressful and cause lots of procrastinating about pros and cons. In particularly people who i think about reaching out to for support. Because of dilemmas dramas and social dynamics. And picking up on things that "aint really happening" "gut feelings type of stuff " "intuition" that type of thing. And enjoying time with people is great! I just tend to be overly preoccupied with symptoms to be worried about socialising sometimes "Symptoms which involves others"

I did take them for a good long walk this morning @eudemonism. They loved it. Don't tell my psychologist, but I felt good after the walk too. Lol.

Good work @utopia apparently chilli will increase your metabolism bye %15 also. + interval training is really good... for example... 3 minutes of intense cardio × 5 with 5 or 10 minute rest intervals. Star jumps. Skipping. Burpies. Scissor kicks. Squat and jumps. Shadow boxing. And even clean and jerks. Do this say 3 or 4 times a week and you will see and feel results...

Hi, Eude, I love you heaps!

I have had a few issues myself lately, not been as active in SF, & CT as I would like to. I am sincerely sorry, if I am letting you down in anyway? 😞

I am part of everyone in some way now, & unless beyond my control, I will not leave SF, promise. I would miss you too much, that's for sure!

Also, I am so proud of what you are doing to make your life the best for you, so far! You are a Wonderful example/role model, for any of us in SF, whom may be struggling with similar, issues.xo 🙂

If going to Rehab, or Restbite, will help you, why not do it, good on you Eude! I was supposed to have Restbite, after my Spinal Surgery, for 3 months, & I did not. 😞

I truly regret it now, but I was traumatised, at that time, & did not want my Fur Family to suffer. Now in retrospect, I know that they would have been looked after properly, had I asked for help for them.

Ok, I need to have some lunch every thing on TV is food orintated at the moment, & making me hungry!!!!

Love & BIG HUGS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bella xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx & More!

A goal of mine is to get a nice couple of gas burners and a 50-60 litre pot. And say 4-5 times a year do up some wonderful one pot wonders. And fill my freezer full of good food. I'd only need to do 4 or so batches to fill my freezer. You could do Korean beef rib stew. Curried sausages. Spaghetti bog. Pumpkin soup. Pea and ham soup. Chicken broth. Sweet and sour pork. And I would do it when all the vegetables are in season and all the herbs in the garden are in bloom. All would need is a huge pot outlay 200 a nice set of gas burners on a stand outlay a 100 a nice clean table. I got the freezer. And containers for freezing stuff in. And outlay of food. Plus i could do stuff with fruit when in season. Stewed fruits. Jams. Chutney. Pickles. Relishes. What do you all think?

I'll stick to the walking. All those other activities require better bladder control, than I have.

So long as fruit good and cheap outlay re these days @eudemonism anyway fruit and veg way better preserved than frozen. I remember wax tops on jars re preserves/chutney etc drying might be easier???.. and maybe once a week not 4x /yr re me else would just swallow 50 litre pot lol um yeah can get big gas rings nowadays or electric immersion heaters re big pots
