Hi Readers, i am suffering from "mental health issues" and it is an ongoing, daily battle. I am pretty much constantly wrestling with the thoughts going on in my mind. And my psychical life seems too be suffering for it. (There is a huge difference between physical and mental ) something is definitely not right! So each day I'm waking up and going about my routine. And over the last few days, weeks and months. I have been noticing changes in my mentality toward myself, others and life. And some questions such as, what is my life about? And what should my objectives be? Have arisen... of course like we all are, I'm subject too making decisions... and there has been the same options in front of me time and time again for months on end. And it becomes rather draining and mundane. And i feel myself going around in circles like something simple just ain't connecting.
I enjoy writing, art, music. And peace of mind... walking, reading, meditation. Taking care of myself. Socialising. Etcetera. Getting ahead, getting in front. Planning, dreaming and so on. And do my best to look after myself. While accepting that it can only ever be so much.
But there just something not quite right. And I'm suffering for it on a daily basis. And I'm tired and fed up with going through the same stuff everyday. And in all honesty. Alot of my suffering comes from prospective and thought processes.
Does anyone wanna talk with me about some things that might help? In particular dealing with people no matter who they are. Can be very stressful and cause lots of procrastinating about pros and cons. In particularly people who i think about reaching out to for support. Because of dilemmas dramas and social dynamics. And picking up on things that "aint really happening" "gut feelings type of stuff " "intuition" that type of thing. And enjoying time with people is great! I just tend to be overly preoccupied with symptoms to be worried about socialising sometimes "Symptoms which involves others"
Your last couple of posts sounded as though you were not feeling too good..
you sound drained..
I do not have the right to tell anyone that they are right or wrong..
if you feel that I have implied that I apologise..
gets tricky when we are all not doing as well...we can be sensitive"..
I know this is the case with me..
I am here for a few more days so will listen if you want to talk..

This injection is psychically and psychologically doing my head in... -there's 4-5 days of anger, rage and feeling very irate. -Feeling drowsy, lethargic and unmotivated. -then there's a week and a half of stability and feeling OK -even at it's best I'm struggling to maintain the walking, healthy eating, good sleep pattern, good socialising routine, keeping on top of cleaning / housework / gardening, and looking for work, getting an education. -it's not providing me with enough stability to even contemplate quitting smoking and coffee. -then when it's wearing off and I'm withdrawing I'm getting manic and things get really mental. -there's breast enlargement, massive weight gain, depression and anxiety, change in physique, arm muscle deterioration, and the intrusive feelings of the injection. -the inability to get on with the life I'm wanting to live. -and it starts over every 28 days...

Re: Coming to terms with reality
@eudemonism... I can understand the repeated pain you're going through and do feel for you, however there is a need to find a starting point to solve this problem.
I have just read an article.... addictions and drugs can make the mental illness symptoms to be multifold. Infact they have a major contribution to creating them in the first place. I am surprised the docs would simply do extreme prescriptions and not take this factor into consideration.
How much coffee do you need in a day.. you could gradually reduce/drop the amount you are having by either replacing it with a non caffeinated alternative like Caro(Nestle) easily available in supermarkets. I am doing the same. But it's so important to make a start.
My mum I remember had a severe addition too... people spend their lives taking awful medicines but not give up nasty things permanently.
All I can say is do not trust any experts if you do not feel like... however do not stop searching for solutions while learning from past mistakes.
Keep your trust in the higher power/God intact...if not in anything or anyone. Miracles happen everyday!
