Sucide attempt
I ended up in hospital again after a sucide attempted I wanted to attempt again on the hospital bed but the nurse saved my life I don't believe ill get better hope someone can help me

@Evie1 I know you said earlier one of the support services didn't help. Have you tried the Suicide Call Back Service. You can speak to them by phone or chat online

@Evie1 I hear you feeling you're overwhelmed. Have you got ice cubes in your freezer? I want you to take a couple out, put them in your hands and squeeze them tight until they melt. It will be hard to tolerate, but this works for stopping the anxiety highs

@Evie1 it's ok hun, I'm here right beside you ok. Just try to take some deep, slow breaths. Just sit with these feelings , I know you feel you must do something, but don't ok.
