Sucide attempt
I ended up in hospital again after a sucide attempted I wanted to attempt again on the hospital bed but the nurse saved my life I don't believe ill get better hope someone can help me

I note that you called a support service eariler and felt that you do not get the outcome you had hoped for, do you feel that you could benefit from talking to Lifeline?

Ok so maybe we can think about what you could do tonight? So what things do you think you could do between now and time you go to bed? Sometimes it can help to think about short periods at a time
