Sucide attempt
I ended up in hospital again after a sucide attempted I wanted to attempt again on the hospital bed but the nurse saved my life I don't believe ill get better hope someone can help me

I'm sorry to hear your going through a bad time. I know how hard it can be to fight your own head. I'm old now, the battle is not as hard, I can recognize the waves and even have an idea when they are coming. It does get better, even if there's no miracle cure, it does get better I hear you with the drowning, it used to feel like the air was taken out of me. I'm proud of you for managing to take a breath with all that going on inside your mind. Reaching out for help from a help-line is very brave. Breathing is very important, even if it's just taking your focus off the bad thoughts and putting it on breathing in and breathing out.

I guess I'll be ok but Suicide is always on my mind I always want to die the pain to be over

@Evie1 it won't always be on your mind. It's just because of the deep pain you're in. Do you realise how amazing you've done just in the last couple of hours? I believe you will be ok in time. You are wounded, but you are still alive, and in time, those wounds will heal. Just hold on because I believe in you. 💕💕💕💕💕💕

@Evie1 Evening Evie, what you're fighting against hun is exhausting. I know that battle of the mind. Remember thoughts are only thoughts. They don't have to hurt you. Where is your kitty cat tonight? I'm awake for a little bit so I'll sit with you for a whole if you like. Are you safe right now?
